Job Description
- Coordinate with relevant departments to handle complaints;
- Ensure customerdriver satisfaction for handling complaints;
- Contribute ideas to enhance the complaint handlingsupport process to increase customer satisfaction;
- Perform other related tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- At least 6 months of experiences in customer care, risk handling or related field in ecommerce, logistics;
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, negotiation skills…;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, analytical skills in Excel are an advantage;
- Fluent in English is a plus.
